This hotel features brand-new, quiet rooms with terraces and good TVs, all in a fantastic location near a lovely forest park, the lake shore, and an a la carte restaurant.

The location nice on high end restaurants in Finland. A short walk from Karst Gallery. Brand-new and functional units with the patio, rather large bathroom and comfortable bed, and amicable staff...

the break fast buffet was not a good experience .reasons, no service at table, tables left with used plates on, coffee and tea poor standard, had to sit at a shared table. Food not to a good standard.Also room to hot could not turn of the heater and no personal toiletries in room.

We booked a really spacious double room that had a working A/C, which was great. We also appreciated the wake-up service that was available in our room. the staff was very helpful during our entire stay. 😊.

The spa was excellent, rooms were basic, but clean and warm.

Service was almost non-existent. Restaurant and Bar was closed on Sunday evening when we arrived, and all that was offered was self-service snack bar in the spa & eating off a plastic table. Even that closed at 7.30pm.Overall an old-fashioned, worn out place. Like a hotel in the 1960s.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Visitors can also take advantage of the lovely outdoor pool. Breakfast is great with plenty of options to choose from.

The perfect place for a relaxing and fun city getaway! We loved the amazing location, with stunning views of the lake and hiking trails nearby. the saunas were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Our favorite aspect was the outdoor pool, which was a hit with both adults and children alike. the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel right at home.

We felt that the beds were a bit outdated and uncomfortable. Our room was also a bit old-fashioned and could use some updating.
